BMW Rider Academy
Operating in 30 countries around the world, BMW Rider Academy was realized as the first motorcycle training center in Turkey providing service at European standards. The project was completed as a black belt project.
The purpose of the BMW Rider Academy is to increase the number of motorcycle users, provide safe riding trainings and work to increase the use of motorcycles in general. BMW Rider Academy offers various riding programs to all motorcycle-lovers, ranging from a beginner-level driver to an experienced rider who previously never had formal training.
Borusan Otomotiv Communication Center
Our call center for customers, was converted into a business development center thanks to a black belt project. As a “Business Development Center”, all the processes in Borusan Otomotiv Communication Center were reviewed from scratch and many improvements were made. The management structure was changed and the position of “Communication Center Officer” was created within our company. Borusan Otomotiv Communication Center currently operates with an aim to offer quality service to all our Dealers and Services.
