Career Days
As Borusan Group and Borusan Otomotiv, we apply the “Management Trainee Project” in close cooperation with universities, thus providing job opportunities for the new graduates so that we can carry out our existing business better, accommodate to the changing conditions, be always one step ahead, and train the future managers of our institution.
We consider it important to provide the required environment for the new graduates who join us to improve themselves and to realize their potentials, create opportunities for our employees and support them, as the key factors in reaching our vision.

Internship Opportunities
Summer internship period is between June and September and the applications start at the end of May. High school internship period is between October and June and the applications start at the end of September.
Scholarship Opportunities
Borusan Otomotiv does not have an existing scholarship program. All the educational support activities at Borusan Group are performed by the Borusan Kocabıyık Foundation that was founded by Asım Kocabıyık, the Founder of Borusan Holding.
